How To Read A Gummy Supplement Label
A gummy's marketing message does not tell you enough about its actual formulation. The Supplement Facts panel should be the starting point.
A practical checklist helps you evaluate any gummy supplement label, including SodaPeak's, before you order.
Start with the actual label, not the marketing
A product's name or advertising language does not confirm its formulation. The Supplement Facts or ingredient panel is the starting point for any real evaluation.
Questions worth asking
What are the active ingredients? Look for a complete list rather than a vague 'proprietary blend' description.
How much of each ingredient is included? Knowing an ingredient's name without its amount makes evaluation difficult.
Are there unnecessary additives? Gummies commonly need flavor, texture and stability ingredients; these are not necessarily problematic, but worth knowing about.
Are allergens clearly identified? Especially important for anyone with food allergies.
What to do if information is missing
If a product's label or official page does not provide clear ingredient information, treat that as a reason for caution rather than assuming the formula is acceptable by default.
